A colorscheme based on the Netbeans Norway Today theme. It has been tested with Vim 7.2 and Ruby.

install details

Just copy it into ~/.vim/colors/ (*nix) or vimfiles/colors/ (Windows) as with other color schemes.
Type "colorscheme railscasts" into your vimrc file.
