This is a dark color scheme based on the OceanDeep by Tom Regner (so it is required to have OceanDeep too ;), you can get it from here: vimscript #368). I slightly modified some colors to my liking. I agree with Tom that "console colors /do/ suck", so this scheme will look nice (I hope ;)) only in gvim.

install details

Just download both this scheme and OceanDeep one, and drop them both to $VIMRUNTIME/colors/ or $HOME/.vim/colors/, then use :colorscheme cthulhian (if you like the scheme, you can add it to your .vimrc file ;))
