When loading a html file, this plugin replaces all HTML-coded French characters (like & eacute ;) with the normal representation (é), like so many other scripts: html_umlaute(vimscript#907), html_portuguese(vimscript#924), html_danish (vimscript#1163). I specifically ripped off html_danish, thank you Sune Vuroela.
