quickhl.vim support highlight for
* multiple keywords manually specified via command or keymap.
also provide operator for highlight.
* `tag` in ctags generated file(defult, underlined)
* automatically higlight word under cursor(=`<cword>`).
quickhl.vim not provide any keymap by default(its my preference)

v7.0 don't have getmaches() so, not work.
