Make things clickable, even in vim.
default ones are urls and files , and you can define your own clickable things.
for example, with additional bundles installed(https://github.com/Rykka/clickable-things),
clicking the 'Bundle "xxx/yyy"' will jump to the '~/.vim/bundle/yyy' directory directly.
