Executes a command on `BufWritePost` events. E.g.:
'!:exe [so %]' sources the file on each save.
Defaults: exe, md, sass, less, jade, coffee.
!::exe [expression] : executes expression.
!::md [dir] : outputs file.html in dir. (default = file's dir )
