This is another project management for vim.
It scans all Makefile.am files recursively for SUBDIRS, _HEADERS and _SOURCES entries and displays all found files and directories in a window left of the codewindow.
If you select a file, it is opened.

install details

Copy autoproject.vim to ~/.vim/plugin
Open project window with F9 in a automake-based project directory
