Create a HOME directory, if you haven't already Create a "vimfiles" (Windows) or ".vim" (Unix/Mac) folder in your HOME directory. Unzip stwiki.zip in that vimfiles (.vim) folder. Restart Vim See ":help add-global-plugin" for more details
