Tested on :
- Windows XP/Vista/7
- Ubuntu 9.04 (GVim && Vim)

install details

drop the files in your ~/.vim or ~/vimfiles
(can work in $VIM and $VIMRUNTIME folder, but favor dropping it in your profile dir)
and use :TodoOpen to use
