This plugin provides :ToggleFlag and :ToggleFlagLocal commands to toggle flags in the values of options like 'formatoptions' or 'complete' that have values comprised of single-character or comma-separated flags. The author originally designed it for toggling flags in 'formatoptions' quickly.
